State Democratic Party Upholds Coroner’s Election In Marion County

The South Carolina Democratic Party upheld the coroner’s election in Marion County on Saturday.
Jerry Richardson won the race over Kendra Fling, 3,103 to 2,799 on Tuesday, June 11th. On Thursday, the Marion County Democratic Party Executive Committee upheld the election, but Fling, a native of Dillon, is appealed to the State Democratic Party. Fling’s complaint centered around absentee ballots.
