A routine traffic stop for a headlight violation Monday night resulted in a drug arrest in Marion County.
Adrian Olds Jr., 34, of Dillon, was taken into custody after Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a search of his vehicle, where 46 suspected ecstasy (MDMA) pills were allegedly found.
Olds has been charged with:
• Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I (B) & (C) narcotics (MDMA/ecstasy)
• Driving under suspension (3rd or subsequent offense)
The arrest was made by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division, with assistance from the Narcotics Unit.
