Lake View Hands PSA An 18-2 Loss

The Lake View Lady Wild Gators handed the Palmetto Scholars Academy Phoenix an 18-2 loss in varsity softball playoff action held in North Charleston on Monday, May 11.
The Lady Wild Gators jumped out to an early 8 to 1 lead after the first inning. Lake View added a run in the top of the second inning and added 2 runs in the top of the third inning. The Lady Phoenix added a run in the bottom of the third inning. The Lady Wild Gators placed 7 runs onto the scoreboard in the top of the fourth inning and held Palmetto Scholars Academy scoreless in the bottom of the fourth inning to claim the win in the run-ruled shortened game.
Lake View connected for 16 hits in the game while Palmetto Scholars Academy had 5 hits.
