Prayer Service was held at Page’s Mill Pond in Lake View on New Year’s Day, January 1, at 11:00 a.m. Dr. James Orr began withe the reading of Psalm 65 and followed with prayer. Others including Pastor Ricky Gilchrist, Pastor Tommy Pittman, Pastor Jason Paris, Pastor Anthony Caldwell, and Hank Rogers also offered prayers for the residents and Town of Lake View. After praying, everyone sang Holy, Holy, Holy. At 1:00 p.m., a time of praying will be at the Gazebo in Latta. At 3:00 p.m., and time of praying will be held at the Dillon County Courthouse in Dillon. Everyone is invited to attend and pray for Dillon County and the city and towns within Dillon County.
