Dillon Wildcats Shut Out Georgetown Bulldogs

The Dillon Wildcats shut out the Georgetown Bulldogs 10-0 in the run-ruled 6-inning game played at Dillon Memorial Stadium in Dillon on Tuesday, March 17.
In the bottom of the first inning, the Wildcats crossed home plate to take a 1-0 lead. In the second inning, Dillon added 3 runs. The Wildcats added another run in the bottom of the third inning. Dillon added 3 runs in the bottom of the fourth inning. The Wildcats added a run in the fifth inning and another one in the sixth inning to close out the game.
The Wildcats have won 5 games and lost only 1 game.
Dillon will travel to Georgetown on Friday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m., for a 3A Region 7 game.
