Bennettsville, SC — The Marlboro County School District invites all community members, parents, staff, and stakeholders to attend a special Community Meet and Greet for the superintendent finalists on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the Marlboro County High School Media Center.
The three finalists for the superintendent position are:
• Dr. Carla Mathis
• Dr. Elizabeth McDonald
• Mr. Sterling Mosby
Each finalist will meet with community members individually in scheduled sessions beginning at 5:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM. This event provides an opportunity for the community to engage with each candidate, learn more about their vision for the district, and share feedback.
The Board of Education values community input as an essential part of the superintendent selection process and encourages all stakeholders to attend and participate.
