A Vinegar and Salt Creations Workshop was held at Agape Lavender Farm South recently. They had local guests and guests from the beach, Rockingham, Minturn, and Florence. They tasted gnocchi plain, then with a strawberry vinegar and last the strawberry vinegar with a finishing salt. It was a fun time of learning something new.
