Lake View held Hemingway scoreless in the first quarter to take a 12-0 lead. At halftime, the Lady Wild Gators led 27-8. After 3 quarters of play, Hemingway was down 43-15.
Lake View’s Sophia Rogers led all scorers with 25 points. She had four 3-point baskets, four 2-point baskets, and 5 free throws. Zy’Kiara Waters added four 2-point baskets and a free throw for 9 points. Callie Smith had four 2-point baskets for 8 points. Shayla Johnson had three 2-point baskets for 6 points. Kloye Davis had a 2-point basket.
Hemingway’s L. Anderson had three 3-point baskets for 9 points. E. Singletary also had 9 points with three 2-point baskets and a 3-point basket. R. Bell added three 2-point baskets and a free throw for 7 points. The Lady Tigers’ #3 connected for a 3-point basket.
