Horace “Bud” Page, 92, passed from his earthly home on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Thorne Retirement Home in Lake View. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Lake View Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Wayne Gibson officiating. Interment to follow in Cooke Family Cemetery near Lake View. Family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service in the sanctuary. Arrangements are entrusted to Cooke Funeral Home in Lake View.

Mr. Page was born at home on September 16, 1933, to the late Ruth Elliott Page Hayes and Elley “L” Page. Known to many as “Bud,” he grew up farming and continued that way of life throughout his adult years. He was the devoted husband of the late Sally Ann Turner Page, whom he married on January 14, 1956. Together, they were blessed with two children, Faye and Cindy. Bud enjoyed tending to his personal garden, hunting, and fishing. After thirty-three years of dedicated service, he retired from Dixiana Mills in Dillon County, where he served in several capacities including Security. He was of the Christian faith.

Bud is survived by his daughter, Cynthia S. Daniels of Lake View, SC; grandchildren, Brandy G. Hayes (Tommy) of Dillon, SC, Paula A. Glasgow of Lake View, SC, Roger A. Daniels (Danielle) of Lake View, SC, and Christopher H. Daniels (Kelli) of Cave City, KY; great-grandchildren, Tony Daniels, Cory Hayes (Nicole), Katlyn Gerrald (Josh), Grace Hayes, Hannah Hayes (Ross Adams), Elizabeth Barnes (Justin), A.J. Rogers, Tre Johnson, and Abby Johnson; great-great grandchildren, Mason McKenzie, Aiden Jones, Savannah Hayes, Lily Brown, Ryder Adams, Axle Adams, Nolan Barnes, Brody Barnes, and Grayson Rogers; brothers, Ben Hayes of Lake View, and Frank Hayes of Lake View; sister, Sylivia H. Pressley (Chuck) of Lake View, SC, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Page was predeceased by his wife and parents listed above; stepfather, Wingate Emory Hayes; daughter, Faye Page Glasgow; great-grandchild, Torin Huntleigh Smallwood-Daniels; brothers, Abram Page, McKiver Page, Chester Page, Bernie Page, Eugene Page, J. Brain Hayes, and Billy Wayne Hayes; sisters, Velma Page Foley, Betty Page Bullock, and Nellie Jane Page; and infant sisters, Charlotte and Scarlet Hayes.
