The Dillon County News, LLC makes
OneTap’s Web Accessibility Widget available to assist with this. In addition, we also utilize
AltPilot to generate alt text for images to assist those with screen readers. The use of these plugins helps us improve compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
ACTIVATING THE ONETAP ACCESSIBILITY MENU
The Dillon County News, LLC accessibility menu powered by OneTap Web Accessibility Widget can be accessed and enabled by clicking the blue and white accessibility menu icon that appears on the left bottom corner of the page. After activating the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the accessibility menu to load in its entirety. Once activated, the OneTap Web Accessibility Widget allows adjustments to content modules such as font size, line height, readable font, big cursor, letter spacing, align text, font weight; color modules including light contrast, high contrast, and monochrome; and orientation modules such as reading line, reading mask, high images, highlight content, stop animations, and highlight links.
