Asparagus was introduced to students this week in the Latta Schools, Tuesday, April 14, 2026! The asparagus was provided by our home state, South Carolina farmers through the Certified SC Cafeteria Program. The asparagus was slightly roasted and served. Many of the students stated that this was their first time trying asparagus and they enjoyed it! Source: Latta Schools
