Two sisters from Latta, SC, will be competing for titles at Little Miss SC. Blakeley Cieluch, age 2, will be competing for the title of Wee Miss Tiny Tot SC and Reagan Cieluch, age 6, will be competing for the title of Wee Miss SC. Their parents are Chris and Blair Cieluch. Competition for both girls will be held Thursday, July 11th at 10:30 a.m. at the Francis Marion Performing Arts Center.
