On April 20th, 2026, Darron Lafon Drawhorn, 32, of Latta, was charged and arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree.
These charges stem from an investigation led by Detective Kernard McLellan of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. It is alleged that Darron Lafon Drawhorn did knowingly and willfully cause a minor to engage in illegal narcotic’s use. Darron Drawhorn is alledged to also engage in sexual battery of the 14 year old by engaging in sexual intercourse.
Bobby Eugene Page III, 33, of the Oak Grove community in Dillon County, was arrested on April 17th, 2026 in reference to this case (see previous press release).
Sheriff Hamilton expressed appreciation for Detective McLellan and the Criminal Investigations Division for their diligent work and continued dedication to keeping the citizens of Dillon County safe.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
