On April 17th, 2026, Bobby Eugene Page III was taken into custody at his residence during the execution of a search warrant.
Bobby Eugene Page III, 33, of the Oak Grove community in Dillon County, has been charged and arrested on multiple offenses, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor, promoting the prostitution of a minor, and criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree.
These charges stem from an investigation led by Detective Kernard McLellan of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. It is alleged that Bobby Eugene Page III did knowingly and willfully cause a minor to engage in illegal narcotic’s use on multiple occasions at his residence. Page is also alleged to have a 14 year old juvenile engage in sexual acts for the payment of money and narcotics and he also engaged in sexual battery of the 14 year old by engaging in sexual intercourse.
More arrests are expected in this case.
Sheriff Hamilton expressed appreciation for Detective McLellan and the Criminal Investigations Division for their diligent work and continued dedication to keeping the citizens of Dillon County safe.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
