Our AWANA clubbers and leaders gathered with the church family to close out another year in God’s Word. The evening unfolded in three parts:

1. Awards Ceremony

We began by celebrating our clubbers. All year these children showed up week after week and hid God’s Word in their hearts, completing handbook sections, achievement awards, and trophies. We recognized them by group — Cubbies, Sparks, and Truth & Training (T&T) — and cheered on every child for a year of faithful effort.

2. Leadership Appreciation

None of it happened alone. It took a community — an army of volunteers who cooked the meals, led the games, kept up the paperwork, and poured into these children through God’s Word every single week. We paused to thank the faithful servants who made this year possible.

3. AWANA Closing — “The Greatest Story Ever Told”

The clubbers themselves brought the evening to its heart: a Scripture presentation and gospel skit, woven from the verses they practiced all year, telling the greatest story ever told. The night closed with an invitation — because the most important thing any of us can carry home is the good news of Jesus.
