Representatives of Woodmen Life attended the April 11th meeting of the Dillon VFW Post 6091 and presented the Post with a $500 donation toward its building fund. Woodmen Life Dillon Chapter Vice President David Longacre and Woodmen Life Representative Barbara Causey expressed their appreciation to the VFW Post members for the work the Dillon VFW does for local Veterans and their families. Post Commander John Harlow thanked Woodmen Life for its gift toward the Post building fund and for the past support of Woodmen Life to Veterans. Commander Harlow said that the Dillon VFW has been in continuous existence since 4/8/1946 and that the Post building is circa 1950s era. “This contribution by Woodmen Life will help toward needed building repairs and improvements,” said Harlow.
