On Wednesday, August 6th, the VFW Post 6091 visited the Dillon Rotary Club to give some insights on the organization’s mission within the community. The VFW’s mission is to remember the lives of veterans, assist the loved ones, and preserve and strengthen the comradeship among its members. The VFW Post 6091 meets the second Thursday of each month but continuously gives back and assists the veterans with Dillon County and surrounding areas. The Rotary Club of Dillon appreciates the VFW organization and all veterans for their service.
