Palmetto Leadership donated nearly $8,700 from the proceeds of their lipsync challenge to Dillon County Emergency Services for their blood program. It was the largest fundraiser that any Palmetto Leadership class has ever had. Johnnie Luehrs and members of the class made the presentation at a past Dillon County Council meeting.
