Anthony Tyrone Finklea, Jr., 31, of Marion, was arrested by patrol division deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop on March 2.
Finklea is charged with distribution of methamphetamines – second offense; unlawful possession of a pistol (stolen); possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain crimes; and child endangerment.
*All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
