Marion County Sheriff’s Office Charges Columbia Man With Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor, Criminal Conspiracy, and Promoting Prostitution of a Minor

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has charged Eric Marshall Favor Jr., 29, of Columbia, with the following offenses:
-Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Second Degree (victim under 16 years old)
-Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Third Degree (victim under 16 years old)
-Criminal Conspiracy
-Promoting Prostitution of a Minor
The charges are the result of an extensive investigation that began in 2024 and involves two minor victims.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) for their assistance in this investigation.
Favor is being held at the Marion County Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
