Fruit and Veggie Festival

The first annual Fruit and Veggie Festival at the Pee Dee State Farmers Market on June 12 and 13 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.!
This tasty event aims to kick off our Certified SC Grown produce season at the market as well as showcase fresh, unique produce while connecting our vibrant community of food lovers. The Fruit and Veggie Festival will celebrate the incredible diversity of local agriculture while promoting healthy eating options.
As part of the festivities, the market is featuring a focus on healthy recipes, games, prizes, giveaways, and trips on the Children’s Musical Train Ride. It is sure to be a treat for the entire family. Attendees can enjoy delicious offerings from Eliza’s Vegan Cafe food truck, barbecue and grilled favorites from Ellerbe Vegetable Farms, Legacy Juice’s All Natural Juices and the market’s on-site restaurant, Aloha Kitchen, as well as our new restaurants, The Coffee Doc and Deli and The Oyster Bar.
The market will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days of the festival, offering tastings, games, prizes, giveaways and a wide selection of fresh produce, plants, food, gifts, and local goods. The Pee Dee State Farmers Market is located at 2513 W. Lucas St. in Florence. Admission and parking are free. The market has complimentary electric vehicle charging stations.
