The Dogwood Garden Club met on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the home of Kathy Rogers. Judy Gardner opened the meeting with prayer. Plans were made to decorate the Veterans Park bridge and the greenspace beside the Post Office for Christmas. Susan Johnson presented a program on identifying plants and flowers whose names contained the names of our club members. Betty Jo Johnson presented the Plant of the Month, a pumpkin, and told about the growing conditions required for the pumpkin to thrive. The door prize, a collection of cheeses, was won by Lois White. The club enjoyed fellowship and refreshments.
