The Dillon County Theatre is alive and flourishing, thanks to the support of the State of South Carolina, South Carolina Arts Commission, South Carolina Humanities, City of Dillon, County of Dillon and our Sponsors, Benefactors, Patrons, and Friends. The theatre is eagerly anticipating an exciting new season.
1. Thursday, December 2, 2025, An Evening with Fran Coleman and Friends,
showcasing a variety of musical selections including musical theater, jazz, and contemporary.
2. Thursday, December 11, 2025, a Dillon County Community Christmas Celebration
featuring local singers, instrumentalists, and dancers. Jim Rourke will be the Master of Ceremonies.
3. Thursday, February 5, 2026. Black Folk Tales from Africa to South Carolina
with Damon Fordham, a speaker from the South Carolina Humanities Speakers Bureau.
4. Thursday, March 5, 2026. Martha Washington Visits Dillon County
with Kathryn Smith, a speaker from the South Carolina Humanities Speakers Bureau.
5. Thursday, May 7, 2026. South Carolina History is American History
presented by Dr. Elizabeth Chew, CEO of the South Carolina Historical Society.
In addition to our season events, The Dillon County Theatre is joining Agape Farm and the Dillon County 250 Committee in sponsoring Fiddlin’ on the Farm, a ticketed event on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Agape Lavender Farm.
