Councilman Kenny Cook speaks with the Dillon Rotary Club Wednesday, February 5th on efforts to clean up litter within Dillon County. Mr. Cook stated litter is an issue county wide and it takes us all to do our part to help get the issue under control. Mr. Cook stated the litter clean up is needed in Dillon County in order to help attract new businesses and residents to the county.
