Three Great Concerts Remain in 2026—Plus an Exciting Look Ahead to 2027
The City of Dillon invites residents and visitors to enjoy the remaining three concerts of the 2026 First Friday at the Festival Marketplace season. This year’s concert series has been extended into September, giving the community even more opportunities to enjoy free live music, food trucks, children’s activities, and unforgettable evenings at the Festival Marketplace.
Located at 112 South Railroad Avenue, the Festival Marketplace has quickly become one of Downtown Dillon’s favorite gathering places. First Friday has grown into one of the community’s signature events, bringing together families, friends, and visitors from across the region for outstanding live entertainment.
Remaining 2026 Concerts
Friday, July 10 – Bailey Road Enjoy an evening of Southern Rock, Soul, Country, Blues, and Classic Rock featuring favorites from Chris Stapleton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker Band, Zac Brown, Johnny Cash, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, and more.
Friday, August 7 – Painted Man This high-energy party band delivers an exciting mix of Soul, R&B, Funk, Classic Rock, and today’s hits with powerhouse vocals and an entertaining stage show.
Friday, September 11 – Whiskey Pines Closing out the season, Whiskey Pines blends folk-inspired acoustic rock, blues, harmonica, rich harmonies, and classic rock into a performance everyone will enjoy.
Guests are encouraged to arrive beginning at 6:00 p.m. to enjoy Dan E. Lockemy, food vendors, children’s activities, and the beautiful Festival Marketplace before live music begins at 7:00 p.m.
Coming in 2027
The excitement continues with another outstanding lineup already scheduled for next year!
· May 7 – Chairmen of the Board – Legendary Beach Music, Soul, and R&B performers known for hits including Give Me Just a Little More Time.
· June 4 – The Megan Doss Band – A Carolina favorite featuring today’s country, classic country, southern rock, pop, and dance music.
· July 9 – Late Night Special – An energetic blend of rock, funk, soul, pop, and party favorites.
· August 6 – Pepper Creek – Dillon’s own Coastal Country band performing country, beach music, classic rock, R&B, reggae, and funk.
“Our community has embraced First Friday at the Festival Marketplace beyond anything we could have imagined,” said Lisa Moody, Downtown Coordinator for the City of Dillon. “Extending the series into September gives everyone even more opportunities to enjoy Downtown Dillon, and we’re excited to already share an incredible lineup for 2027.”
Admission is free, so bring your lawn chairs, family, neighbors, and friends and experience why First Friday at the Festival Marketplace has become Downtown Dillon’s Premier Outdoor Concert Series.
