Here are some photos from the recent Trees4SC! event. This shows Girl Scout Troop 1203 as well as winners from the tree giveaway that occurred at this event. More trees will be given away at future events. Volunteers are needed to help plant 200 trees in our city over the next 12-18 months. This is a grant that was received by the city through the SC Forestry Commission. This was in an effort to extend the budget for the Main Street Streetscape project and plant much needed trees in additional areas of the city as well.
