Jada Davis Graduates In Nursing, Accepts Job

JADA DAVIS GRADUATES IN NURSING, ACCEPTS JOB
Jada Davis, a 22-year-old from Dillon, recently graduated with a nursing degree and has accepted a nursing job.
She is the daughter of Alicia and Paul Davis, who reside in Dillon County.
She is a 2021 graduate of Dillon High School. She attended the University of South Carolina Upstate. Her major was nursing, and she graduated on May 8, 2025. She accepted a job working as nurse on a step-down ICU.
The two people who inspired her to become a nurse is her grandpa (Bishop David Short) and her grandma (Queenie McLaughlin). They have both passed away, and she misses them so much. She thanks her parents, family and my friends for all their love and support. “It really means the world to me, and I couldn’t have done it without them,” she said.
