Dillon School District Four
Dillon District Four will close the elementary schools at 12:15 and the high schools and middle schools at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, due to the inclement weather. No after school activities.

City of Dillon Offices
City of Dillon offices will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 10th. The Wellness Center will open at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Town of Lake View Offices

Town of Lake View offices will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, January 10th due to the inclement weather.

Latta Town Hall
The Latta Town Hall will close Friday, January 10th at 3 p.m. due to the inclement weather.

Latta Schools Early Dismissal
Due to the latest winter weather advisories, the Latta School District will have an early dismissal on Friday, January 10.
-Latta Elementary School will dismiss at 1:00.
-Latta Middle School and Latta High will dismiss at 2:00.
Breakfast and lunch will be served.
All offices will close at 3:00.

Robeson Community College

Robeson Community College has announced the closure of campus in anticipation of the upcoming winter storm.
“The safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and community are our top priority,” stated RCC President Melissa Singler in a campus-wide email.
In response to forecasted inclement weather, classes will transition to remote learning starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, January 10, 2025. RCC will continue to operate remotely through 8:00 am on Monday, January 13, 2025. Students should check their Moodle and college email accounts for updates from faculty regarding alternate class schedules, assignments, and clinicals.
The College will be closed for classes and events on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Normal operations will resume at 8:00 am on Monday, January 13, 2025.
Updates will be posted as they become available, if needed. Students, faculty, and staff are asked to monitoring the RCC website, social media, and news outlets for further updates.

Marion County School District
Out of precaution regarding the forecasted sleet, rain, and potentially hazardous road conditions on Friday, January 10, MCSD will operate on an early dismissal schedule. Primary and Elementary schools will dismiss at 12:00 p.m. Middle and High schools will dismiss at 1:00 p.m. All afternoon and evening activities are canceled.
