Young Miss Teen Latta Jaya Mitchell, contestant number 31, has made top ten in the Little Miss South Carolina competition. She will be competing Saturday night for the state title at 6:00 p.m. Come out and support Young Miss Teen Latta at FMU Performing Arts Center in Florence.
