The work is underway for the Festival Marketplace, which will be located on the lot adjacent to the City of Dillon Visitor Center. This is where the old Bethea Warehouse was located before it burned. The Festival Marketplace will house the Farmers Market and will be the location for many of the special events held in Dillon such as First Friday and others.
