VFW Post 6091 partnered with the Town of Lake View to hold the Veterans Breakfast at the Lake View Community Center today Saturday November 15th, 2025. Pastor Morgan started the Ceremony singing the National Anthem followed by JR Vice Commander Tommy Hayes and the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor David Suggs gave an inviting speech and Pastor McGill gave the Blessing of the Food. Breakfast was served by Zaberans of Fairmont. Keynote speaker, Mr. Richard Church, spoke on the Lake View Veterans Park during his warm hearted speech honoring all who served and continue to serve. SC VFW Department Service Officers were available for Veteran assistance. VFW Commander Joey Willams gave his closing remarks especially thanking the Town of Lake View, Mayor Suggs and Mrs. Garris for all they have done to make this day possible and special. He continued to thank all the VFW members and those who assisted.
