Arrests: Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the area of Dick Road on the night of August 5th for a domestic violence incident. Both Octavia and Latara Williams were arrested and charged with Domestic Violence 1st degree.
It is alleged that Octavia Rosilyn Williams, 42, of Marion, drove her car into the car of the victim who was occupying the car at the time. It is further alleged that Octavia Williams struck the victim with a metal baseball bat.
It is alleged that Latara Shelette Williams, 35, of Marion, drove her car into the car of the victim who was occupying the car at the time. It is further alleged that Latara Williams struck the victim with a metal baseball bat.
Both women have been released from the Marion County Detention Center on surety bonds.
*All parties are innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
