Steve Miller of Nichols, S.C., was the guest speaker for the Mount Calvary Baptist Church Brotherhood on Monday, April 7, at 7:00 p.m.
After a delicious meal and fellowship was shared by the Brotherhood, WMU, and BYU of Mount Calvary Baptist Church, the groups dispersed to the proper locations.
Mount Calvary Baptist Church Brotherhood Director Joe Price offered prayer and welcomed everyone prior to turning the program over to Steve Miller.
Miller spoke of prostate cancer. He contracted the disease 18 years ago and with the help of the Lord and his medical team, he is in remission today. He spoke of the methods that were used 18 years ago in the treatment of prostate cancer. He also presented the new treatments for today and the upcoming cutting edge “Star Wars” treatment. To God be the glory.
