The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Antonio Anquan Alford, 33, with 2 counts of Communicating Obscene Messages, 2 counts of 1st Degree Harassment, and Misconduct in Office on Monday, August 5, 2024.
Alford was booked into the Marlboro County Detention Center, then the Dillon County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
