The February 10th meeting of the Dillon City Council was Outgoing City Manager Glen Wagner’s last meeting. Mayor Tally McColl said that Wagner had served as City Manager for 29 years. He noted that Wagner had been present for more than 435 meetings. He said Wagner was leaving the city in far better condition than when he arrived.
