Donned in caps, gowns, and tassels, Northeastern Technical College students walked the graduation stage.
NETC awarded students a combined 130 degrees and certificates during the Aug. 1 Summer 2024 Commencement held indoors at Dillon School District 4 auditorium.
The ceremony began with an invocation with Rev. Roscoe Oxendine from Melody Land Faith Chapel Church in Little Rock, S.C.
The keynote speaker was retired U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Phil Homan who received in July 2024 the S.C> Order of the Palmetto.
