The 7-1 Mullins Auctioneers returned home on Wednesday, December 11, with a 60-52 non-conference win over the 4-1 St. James Sharks of Murrells Inlet, S.C.
Mullins only loss was to Georgetown, 69-56, on November 27.
Deyon Ford led Mullins with 35 points. He connected on 16 of 26 attempted shots. Amir Lee added 9 points as he connected on all 4 of his shots attempted. Dakarai Worley made 2 of his 5 shots attempted for 5 points. A. Littlejohn added a 3-point basket. Ernest Ford, Mykell Raysor, Braden Hughes, and Lonnie Alston each picked up 2 points.
Mullins will host 3-0 Atlantic Collegiate Academy of Conway on Friday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m.
St. James will travel to Pawley’s Island to face the 2-4 Waccamaw Warriors on Friday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m.
