Robert Lee Quick, Jr. was found not guilty of Pointing and Presenting a Firearm Wednesday afternoon following a three-day trial in the Marlboro County Court of General Sessions. Mr. Quick was represented by the Marlboro County Public Defender, Marianna White and Chief Public Defender of the 4th Judicial Circuit, Nathan Scales. Both attorneys thank the jury for their service and decision in this matter.
Mr. Quick was alleged to have pointed a firearm in the faces of multiple individuals, as well as firing off multiple rounds in a residential area following a physical altercation on the night of June 15, 2024.
Mr. Quick took the stand in his own defense during the trial.
