On January 6, 2025, Mr. Johnny Jermaine Crawford (24 YOA) of Marion was arrested for Trafficking Cocaine Base, 200 grams or more, Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine (1st Offense), Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana (1st Offense), Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine (1st Offense), Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun, Failure to Stop for a Blue Light, Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime, and Use of Wrong Tag on Vehicle.
While the officer was patrolling the area of Senator Gasque Rd in the City Limits of Marion, SC, the officer noticed that the vehicle had a license tag that did not come back to the vehicle it was currently on. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, but the suspect vehicle attempted to flee the area. The officer was eventually able to get the suspect vehicle stopped. After the vehicle was stopped it was discovered that Mr. Crawford had over 200 grams of Cocaine Base, approximately 3.46 grams of methamphetamines, approximately 3 lbs of Marijuana and 2 firearms in his possession as well as $2327.00 in cash.
Mr. Crawford’s bond was set at $49,242.50
