Bennie Tyrone Davis, Jr., age 37, of Marion, has been arrested by deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Davis is charged with domestic violence 1st degree, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of certain offenses. Bennie Tyrone Davis, Jr. is currently being held at the Marion County Detention Center.
