Scott Webster of Scott Webster Insurance Agency, Inc. (Local State Farm Insurance agent in Marion) presented Jim Kirkland of Marion-Dillon County Habitat for Humanity with a $1,500.00 donation on Thursday, August 21. And State Farm Insurance and Finance will match Scott’s generous donation bringing the total to $3,000.00. This donation will help complete the furnishings of the Community, Activity, Recreation, and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Center. Jim Kirkland reported that M-DCHfH is working through the legal aspects necessary to make the center available to the public.” When the process is completed, we will let the community know the C.A.R.E.
