At approximately 2:20 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18th, two concerned citizens contacted 911 to report gunshots in the area of Big Oak Loop near Mullins. Deputies responded to the scene and recovered more than a dozen shell casings. One residence was found to have sustained damage as a result of the gunfire.
No injuries were reported.
