The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) announced student, Alexander B. Norris from Dillon, has been selected to become a member of the esteemed organization.
The Society recognizes top scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, scholarship, and community commitment.
Alexander is currently a senior at Dillon High School. He is the son of Deborah Herring Byrd and Charlie Wayne Byrd. After graduating high school, Alex plans on attending college and majoring in computer science with a focus on Cybersecurity.
