On Friday, September 5th, Latta Middle School students in Mrs. Leann, Mrs. Angie, and Ms. Bridget’s class put their reading and math skills into action while making homemade peach cobbler! They read a recipe step-by-step, measured ingredients accurately, applied math skills with fractions and units of measurement, and practiced real-world life skills. The best part…enjoying a sweet treat they made themselves!
