The Marion County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has arrested Christopher Duane Davis, 43 years old of Latta. Davis is charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 3rd degree (victim under 16 years old) as well as Disseminating Obscene Material to a Minor, 12 years of age or younger.
It is alleged that between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023, Christopher Davis had a victim, under the age of 16, to touch him inappropriately for his own sexual gratification. It is further alleged that Davis knowingly disseminated pornographic material to a victim who was under the age of 12.
This investigation is ongoing. Additional arrests may be forthcoming.
