An arrest has been made in the November 28, 2024, murder of 44-year-old Charlie White on Bluff Road in Marion County. Jame’Al Se’Quan Legette, 36 years old of Latta, has been arrested in Cumberland County on Marion County warrants for Murder and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. Legette is currently being held in North Carolina awaiting extradition. This investigation is ongoing.
