Lady Wildcats Defeat Lady Tigers In Varsity Girls Basketball

The Dillon Lady Wildcats defeated the Conway Lady Tigers 53-15 in varsity girls basketball played in Dillon on Friday, December 6.
The Lady Tigers controlled the tip-off but the Lady Wildcats controlled the game.
Dillon’s Treasure Davis hit two 2-point baskets to start the scoring. Dillon’s Khwnylahi McKinnon connected for a 2-point basket as did Jiana McGill. Dillon was off to an 8-0 start before Conway got onto the scoreboard with a 2-point basket from Ahchiya Hill.
By halftime, Dillon was up 27-5.
Dillon committed 3 fouls in the second quarter, and Conway committed 4 fouls.
After 3 quarters of play, the Lady Wildcats were up 40-10 with Dillon having committed 4 fouls, and Conway committed 2 fouls in the third quarter.
In the fourth quarter, Dillon committed 4 fouls, and Conway committed 5 fouls.
The Dillon Lady Wildcats will travel to Crestwood on Thursday, December 11, for a 6:00 p.m. matchup.
