Johnnie Daniels spoke to The Senior In Crowd in Floyd Dale today about his new venture, The Dillon County News, LLC, an online publication, www.dillonnews.org and the page on Facebook, Dillon County News & Beyond. Johnnie, who has 53 years in the news business, was joined by Betsy Finklea, who has 32 years experience in news. Johnnie said that the new news site has been tremendously received and he appreciates the overwhelming support from the community. Johnnie thanked the group for the wonderful meal and fellowship. The group meets monthly on the last Thursday of the month at the Floyd Dale Fire Department.
