SPARTANBURG, SC – Robin Michelle Schmidt, 58, passed away June 13, 2024 at the Spartanburg Medical Center. Memorial services will be held a future time with interment in Greenlawn Cemetery in Dillon. Kannaday Funeral Home in Dillon is assisting the family.
Robin was born August 22, 1968 in Charlotte, NC, the daughter of William “Bill’ C. Schmidt and the late Margaret Allen Schmidt. She graduated High School and was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Dillon. She was a resident of Mountain View Nursing Home in Spartanburg, SC for many years.
Robin is survived by her father, William “Bill” Schmidt of Dillon, SC and Jamestown, NY; aunt, Joyce Moxley (Bill) of New Hill, NC; uncles, Gene Schmidt (Barbara) of Unadilla, NY, David Allen (Rose), Richard Allen (Cindi), and James Allen (Pat); cousins, Rachael M. Madsen, Kelly M. Hobbs, Eric Schmidt, Jennifer S. Fisler, Kevin Schmidt, Amy S. Nissley, Kathleen Sullivan, David Allen, Jr., Linda Fye, Tom Allen, Nancy Allen, Mike Allen, Jeff Allen Martha Abers, Jennifer Van Matre, Sean Allen, and Scott Allen; and special friends, Jonnie and Kim Snyder.
