Notably, their company successfully delivered the iconic Brookstone Landing multifamily units adjacent to the football stadium. Building in this success they are poised to expand their footprint by constructing an additional 40 units in both Dillon and Marlboro Counties.
Phase two of this ambitious project is slated for submission in mid-summer, concurrently with the Ayers’ endeavors on their upcoming senior housing project.
